Technical director of Cavalier, Rudolph Speid, says the players will get over a month to rest as they prepare to defend the Caribbean Cup which is set to kick-off in August.
Cavalier, retained the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League trophy after their 6-5 triumph on penalties over Mount Pleasant Academy in the final.
Speid says the players will be getting some well needed rest.
He says no decision has been made whether or not they’ll be taking advantage of the transfer market ahead of the Caribbean Cup.
