Chedean Nation made 32, Neisha-Ann Waisome scored 29, Jodian Morgan notched 23 and Lena Scott tallied 22.
Plaffiana Millington bagged three wickets for 16 runs and Shabika Gajnabi took two wickets for 27. Jamaica will start their reply shortly.
Over at Conaree Sports Club, Leeward Islands reached 160 for 4 against Trinidad and Tobago.
Divya Saxena made 32, while Reniece Boyce is unbeaten on 40 with Shawnisha Hector on 20 not out.
And Barbados reached 181 for 9 against Windward Islands at Warner Park.
Kycia Knight made 63 and Kyshona Knight, 51.
