Champs 2026 | Hydel’s Nastassia Fletcher leads Class One 400m finalists, Fogo Road’s Shameika McLean tops Class Two

Hydel High’s Nastassia Fletcher eased to 52.92 seconds to secure her place in the final of the Girls’ Class One 400m at the ISSA GraceKennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championships at the National Stadium. Fletcher, who won the event last year in Class Two, is a strong favourite to take gold. She was the only athlete to dip below the 53-second barrier in the semi-finals.
