The goals came from Chris Nkunku, Levi Colwil, Marc Cuccurella and pedro Neto.
Chelsea are now on 46 points, two ahead of champions Manchester City who’ll be in the London tomorrow to face Tottenham.
In other games today Crystal Palace thrashed Aston Villa 4-1 at Selhurst Park with Leon Bailey appearing as a second half substitute.
Fulham beat Wolverhampton 2-1 in the Midlands and Brighton and Hove Albion stopped Bournemouth 2-1 in London.
