English Premier League campaigners Chelsea have won the Europa Conference League title on Wednesday, they came from behind to beat Real Betis of Spain 4-1 in the final at the Tarczynski Arena in Poland.
The blues fell behind after 9 minutes when Abde Ezzalcouli scored, but the Londoners stormed back with goals from Nicholas Jackson, Enzo Fernandez, Jadon Sancho and Moises Caicedo.
Chelsea is now the first club ever to win the Champions League, the Europa Cup and the Conference title.
