Clunis to Miss Olympics

National hammer thrower, Nayoka Clunis, will miss the Paris Olympics after her appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s, CAS, Ad Hoc Division failed.

Clunis was seeking a spot on the team by appealling to CAS, after being removed from the Olympic team due to an error by the J-3As.

CAS ruled that it has no jurisdiction to hear the application filed by Clunis.

Despite not being successful in her appeal Clunis took to social media to thank her attorneys Emir Crown and Sayeed Bernard for their assistance.
