Coach Taffe Wants More from Strikers Despite Edith’s Quarterfinals Win

Edith Dalton James High maintained their 100 per cent win record with a 1-0 triumph over Seaforth in the quarterfinal of the ISSA/Tip Friendly Society schoolgirls football competition on Tuesday.

In other results, Frome beat Old Harbour High 7-1, DeCarterate College stopped STATHS 1-0 and Central High beat Lacovia 2-0.

Meanwhile, Excelsior hammered Jose Marti 8-0, Holmwood Technical whipped Hampton 6-0 and Garvey Maceo blanked Green Pond 7-0.
