Cornwall seek final spots among U14 and U16s

Cornwall College will be looking for places in the final of both the ISSA/Burger King Schoolboy Under-14 and Under-16 football competitions this afternoon at St Elizabeth High School. Cornwall will first take on the ruthless Garvey Maceo High at 2:00 p.m. in an under-14 semi-final before their under-16 counterparts challenge long-time rivals Rusea’s High School. According to Tevin Applewhaite, coach of Cornwall’s U19s, the rivarly between the two schools plays second fiddle to focusing on the team’s season-long game plan.
