Producer and beatmaker Crash Dummy is responding to critics who believe the WYFL Riddim should be wrapped up.
“Be careful what you ask for,” he said during his Road To Success interview with Kshema Francis on the Easy Skankin show on IRIE FM Thursday.
Crash Dummy also clarified that there is an approval process. He explained that both he and DJ Mac conduct quality control checks before any song is officially released on the project.
From Mavado, Vybz Kartel and Anthony B to Skippa, Chronic Law and Valiant, the WYFL Riddim has helped bridge the generational gap, spanning multiple eras of the genre.
The riddim has also reignited fresh energy in Dancehall.
