In a December 2016 interview, conscious recording artiste Richard Gordon, aka Inzpiration, said his decision to stick to uplifting and socially conscious music was inspired by God.

At the time, he expressed confidence that the following year (2017) would have been a breakout year for him. It didn’t materialise then, but the St Ann-based artiste remained undaunted and kept on writing and singing his cultural songs.

Since the start of this year, it appears the hard work and perseverance is paying off with several breaks for the artiste. He believes his break is finally here.

“Yes, a well-deserved break, although a culture. The culture tek long but it reach,” Inzpiration said of his music classification. “And everything happen inna culture month, February, every opportunity pop up,” he added.

During February, the deejay was interviewed on Germany-based Connection Radio. He was also featured on TVJ’s morning show, Smile Jamaica It’s Morning Time, and was interviewed on Irie FM.
