Cricket West Indies, CWI, announced the schedule for the Bangladesh Women’s team’s white-ball tour of the West Indies, set to be held in St. Kitts from January 14 to February 1.
The tour will feature three One-Day Internationals, ODIs, and three T20 Internationals all to be played at Warner Park in Basseterre.
The Bangladesh team will arrive in St. Kitts on January 14, ahead of the first ODI scheduled for January 19. The ODI series will continue with the second match on January 21 and conclude on January 24.
Following the ODI series, the teams will compete in three T20I matches on January 27, 29, and 31.
A strong performance against Bangladesh, particularly in the ODI series, is crucial to acquire automatic qualification to the 2025 ICC 50-over Women’s Championship.
However, there will still be another opportunity to qualify through the World Cup Qualifying Tournament scheduled a few months before the event.
The tour schedule includes dedicated practice sessions for both teams.
