President of Cricket West Indies, Dr. Kishore Shallow, and CWI Director of Cricket Miles Bascombe have withheld judgement on the proposed Test Cricket 2-tier system.
This system would enable more frequent matches between the big three; England, Australia, and India.
Supporters of the system argue that it will enhance competition, while critics fear it may harm smaller teams.
Speaking on Mason and Guest, Dr. Shallow says this is not a new proposal.
