Davia Richards Extends Lead in Golden Boots Race

Forward Davia Richards scored a hat-trick to extend her goal-scoring tally and help Frazsiers Whipe to an 11-nil win over Federal United in the Jamaica Women’s Premier League at the Prison Oval, on the Weekend.

Richards, who scored in the 19th, 24th and 32nd minutes continue to lead the golden boot race with 31-goals,.

Shanel Spence scored in the 26th minute to remain second with 26-goals after Cavalier beat Los Perfectos 4-1.

Meanwhile, Arnett Garden’s Shakire Douglas didn’t add to her tally of 23 and remains third since their game against Proven Girls was not played.

The officials were forced to blow off the match after Proven Girls turned up late.

In other results, Mile Gully beat UWI women 2-1.

And Real Mobay beat Springer United 2-1.
