President of Cricket West Indies, Dr. Kishore Shallow says a decision will be made about the Wehby Report, at next month’s special meeting of the board, whether or not the Barbados Cricket Association, BCA, and the Guyana Cricket Board, GCB, are represented.
The meeting is to discuss issues relating to governance reform and Shallow says the show will go on.
The BCA and the GCB did not attend the CWI meeting on December 6 to vote on governance reform, causing the meeting to be adjourned due to the lack of a quorum.
Both complained that CWI had ignored their calls for discussion to review how the President and Vice-President of CWI are selected.
The BCA has proposed a rotational policy for the Presidency of Cricket West Indies, but Shallow says that proposal is nonsensical.
