DOE Explains Cause of Belize River Fish Kill to Concerned Residents

Residents from communities along the Belize River gathered in Double Head Cabbage on Friday to hear what the Department of the Environment found after investigating the fish kill reported in August. The department explained what caused the deaths, how agencies responded and what must now be done to protect the river. Residents also got a chance to question officials and share what they witnessed. Zayna Augustine reports.
