Dancehall artiste Don Husky recently released the single Jim Brown Badness - the first single off his forthcoming album titled Native Tongue.

" Jim Brown Badness is a soulful song about the complicated world of street justice administered by Jim Brown, the don of the infamous Shower Posse which ran Tivoli Gardens and had links in North America," said Don Husky. The track has been very well received, and the artiste is confident that all the featured tracks will get the same love.

"The whole album showcases my talent and versatility and after touring two Latin American countries - Panama and Colombia - in 2024, my stock has skyrocketed, and my fan base is growing and reaching new heights," Don Husky added.

Another single, Show Love, is being prepared for release, with the complete album scheduled for a May release on the Yard Birdz Records label. For this project, Yard Birdz Records brought in heavyweight producer Rohan Dwyer, who has worked with some of the biggest reggae and dancehall artistes, including Toots Hibbert, Buju Banton, and Chronixx.

" Jim Brown Badness and really this whole album showcases Husky's immense talent and range. From R&B influenced songs, traditional reggae sounds, to dancehall bangers, Don Husky delivers," said Yard Birdz Records' President, Logan Johnson.
