Dunbeholden Football Club were 3-1 winners against Chapelton Maroons in their Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier league game at the Tony Spaulding Complex on Wednesday.
Dwight Merrick scored in the 10th minute to give Dunbeholden the lead before Nicoy Christian added a second. Dean Andre Thomas put the result beyond doubt in the 82nd minute before Marlon Allen grabbed a consolation goal for the Maroons.
Meanwhile, second place Montego Bay United overpowered Waterhouse 3-1 at the Montego Bay Sports Complex while Racing United edged Harbour View 1-0 at the Tony Spaulding Complex.
Four more games are scheduled for Thursday. League leaders Mount Pleasant face Vere Phoenix United at 3 pm. Also in the early kick-off is Molynes United against Portmore.
At 4:30, Cavalier will face Tivoli Gardens and in the 7:30 kick-off Arnette Gardens tackles Humble Lion.
