EduFocal wins key resolutions despite Mayberry unit’s opposition

Online education firm EduFocal Ltd won shareholder approval at its annual general meeting (AGM) to change its name to Walstron Ltd, broaden its business and issue new shares as compensation, despite opposition from Widebase Ltd, its second-largest shareholder and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mayberry Investments Ltd.
