Parker struck gold with an incredible $11 million Twilight 6 bet win, marking the largest payout in three years at the iconic Portmore track operated by Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL).
Parker, whose love affair with horse racing began over 30 years ago, has been a dedicated fixture at Jamaica’s premier racing venue. What started as an unfulfilled dream of becoming a jockey has evolved into a passion that has now delivered life-changing results.
“I’ve always had a deep love for horse racing,” said Parker.
“I wanted to be a jockey when I was younger but that didn’t work out. But I still love racing so, even if I’m not betting, I’m watching the races on TV. The sport has been part of my life for so long, and I’ve learned to study the game seriously.”
