Free one-day dental clinic announced for Caye Caulker residents

Residents of Caye Caulker will have access to free dental care later this month with the hosting of a one-day dental clinic aimed at improving oral health for both adults and children.  The clinic is being organized by the Belize Mission Project in collaboration with the Caye Caulker Village Council. It is scheduled for January 14, and will take place at the Caye Caulker Village Council from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  According to organizers, services to be offered include dental check-ups, pain management, and restorative care such as fillings. The clinic is free of cost and open to both adults and children, making it an important opportunity for families who may otherwise face challenges accessing dental services.  Community leaders say initiatives like this help address unmet healthcare needs while promoting preventive care and early treatment. Residents are encouraged to arrive early, as services will be provided throughout the day while capacity allows.
