Golding Dismisses Claim JLP Rescued Economy

Opposition leader, Mark Golding says it’s not true that the JLP rescued the Jamaican economy.

Golding was speaking in Central Westmoreland on Wednesday afternoon.

Golding and the PNP were on a tour of the parish.

The Opposition leader said the last PNP administration reduced the debt-to-GDP ratio from 147 percent to 115 percent.

He said the PNP also deserves credit for the Petro Caribe agreement with Venezuela.
