Golding Urges Supporters to Restrain From Political Vandalism

Opposition Leader, Mark Golding, is urging PNP supporters to behave with restraint as the political campaign intensifies.

Golding made the call following reports of PNP paraphernalia being torn down in sections of Eastern St. Thomas over the weekend.

He was speaking to supporters at a party meeting in St. James on Sunday.

Videos have emerged on social media which show men removing PNP branding in sections of Eastern Thomas.

The actions seen on video have been widely condemned.

The JLP’s Dr. Michelle Charles has accused the PNP of removing her campaign materials and physically assaulting one of her supporters.

Dr. Charles confirmed that a police report has been filed regarding the alleged attack.
