Government Takes Land Services Directly to Dangriga Residents

Residents of Dangriga Town turned out today for a mobile land clinic organized by Area Representative Dr. Louis Zabaneh and spearheaded by Minister of Lands, Cordel Hyde. The two-day initiative, hosted at the Russel Chiste Auditorium, brings the services of the Ministry of Natural Resources directly to the community to help resolve longstanding land matters.  Dr. Zabaneh explained that the mobile land clinic is part of a wider national effort to ensure fair and efficient land distribution, while making government services more accessible to Belizeans in all districts.

Minister Hyde, along with his technical team, joined Dr. Zabaneh in facilitating the sessions, which are focused on assisting residents of Dangriga and surrounding villages with issues such as land title applications, lease renewals, and property transfers.  The clinic continues tomorrow, giving residents another opportunity to meet directly with land officers and seek solutions to their land concerns.
