Minister of Sport, Olivia Grange, agrees that cricket is on the decline in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Speaking at the launch of the Melbourne Cricket Club/Pure Water 5K Run/Walk, Minister Grange says the government, through the ministry of sports remains committed to changing that reality.
