Matthews is also the highest placed West Indian on the ODI and T20 batting rankings.
Matthews, powered by her unbeaten century against Bangladesh on Sunday, moved up four places to fifth on the ODI rankings.
The next best ranked West Indian is Stafanie Taylor at 26th after dropping one place.
Matthews features at third on the T20 rankings despite dropping a place.
In the ODI bowling rankings, Matthews is at ninth, and Afy Fletcher 28th .
Meanwhile, Fletcher sits at 13th and Mathews 17 in T20 bowling.
