Ismael Diaz scored a first half hat-trick for the Central Americans to beat the Reggae Boyz 4-1, ending their campaign at the tournament.
Jamaica got its consolation from defender Amari’i Bell on 27 minutes.
With the defeat, Jamaica ended the tournament third in Group C with three points, six behind Panama.
Guatemala took the other quarterfinal spot after seeing off Guadeloupe 3-2 to finish second.
