Jamaica got its consolation from defender Amari’i Bell on 27 minutes.
With the defeat, Jamaica ended the tournament third in Group C with three points, six behind Panama.
Guatemala took the other quarterfinal spot after seeing off Guadeloupe 3-2 to finish second.
