Prime Minister, Dr. Andrew Holness says his administration is the one best equipped to address the road and water problems in the country.
He told Labourites in St. Mary on Tuesday night, that his JLP government has already started the fix with the SPARK programme.
The Prime Minister mentioned numerous water projects islandwide.
He told Labourites in St. Mary that they too will soon benefit from water projects being planned by his administration.

He was on the campaign trail to drum up support for the JLP’s candidates in the parish.
Incumbent Dr. Norman Dunn is being challenged by the PNP’s Omar Brown for the South East St. Mary seat.
Over in West St. Mary, the JLP’s long-standing Chairman and incumbent, Robert Montague, is coming under pressure from the PNP’s Omar Woodbine.
And Nathaniel Maragh is seeking to wrest Central St. Mary away from the PNP on September 3.
The long-held PNP seat is being contested by Omar Newell, who replaced Dr. Morais Guy, who opted not to seek re-election.
