The property is currently listed through Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty, with realtor Nicola Melhado as the listing agent. Marketing materials describe the three-acre property as a “ready-to-operate” asset featuring landscaped gardens, a pool courtyard, restaurant, bar, meeting facilities and parking.
