Hyde Warns Against Complacency in Competitive 400mH

Four hundred metre hurdler Jaheel Hyde says the event is getting more competitive each year.

The 2023 Commonwealth Games silver medallist finished third in 49.48 seconds at the recent Jamaica Athletics Invitational at the Nation Stadium.

The event was won by his compatriot Malik James-King in 48.39 seconds, with Kyron McMaster of the British Virgin Islands second in 49 seconds flat.

Hyde says no one can afford to become complacent.
