Winner of the Jamaica St. Leger “I Dream Again” with Robert Halledeen astride, won the 105th running of the Jamaica derby at Caymanas Park on Wednesday.
“I Dream Again” conditioned by reigning champion trainer Jason DaCosta, went off the third favourite at 5 to 2 and covered the 12 furlong distance in 2:40.00.
The three-year-old chestnut colt is bred and owned by former national security minister and former Member of Parliament for North West St. Andrew, Derrick Smith.
