“I’ve Repaired 35 Roads!”: Crawford Responds to Mayor Mitchell

6 months ago 34

Member of Parliament for Central Manchester, Rhoda Moy Crawford, says 35 roads have been repaired in her constituency since she became representative in 2020.

Crawford was responding to criticism from Mandeville’s mayor, the People’s National Party’s Donovan Mitchell that she has failed to address what he describes as the horrible road conditions throughout the constituency.

Mayor Mitchell wants Crawford to provide evidence of the infrastructure development undertaken since she’s been in charge of the constituency.

Speaking on Nationwide at Five on Tuesday evening, Ms. Crawford listed the 35 roads that have been repaired on her watch.

The Central Manchester MP says while most roads were subject to partial repairs, six of them were fully rehabilitated.
