ITVET Chef Returns From Culinary Training in Taiwan

An ITVET culinary instructor is back in Belize after completing training in Culinary and Restaurant Management in Taiwan. Chef Stephanie Crawford was one of eight Belizeans who attended the programme. She says the experience gave her new ideas for the kitchen and the classroom, and she is ready to share them with her students.  Reporter Paul Diaz has the story.
