Dancehall hitmaker Jah Vinci has unveiled the official video for his new soul-stirring tribute, “Out Of Many One People,” a project inspired by Jamaica’s resilience in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. The release arrives as the artiste and Team Notnice intensify their relief efforts across western Jamaica, providing support to more than 100 families affected by the Category 5 disaster.

The single, produced by Notnice Records and distributed by ONErpm, is a soulful offering that echoes Jamaica’s national motto while spotlighting the unity and strength of its people. In the newly released visual, Jah Vinci stands among storm-hit communities, using his signature emotional delivery to honour those who “have fallen and those who stood strong through the storm.” The artiste, known for hits like Watch Ya Friends and Scream, shared that the tribute is another of the many ways he’s giving back, noting, “The hurricane may have shaken us, but it could never break our spirit.”

Meanwhile, Team Notnice — led by producer Notnice and supported by artistes Jah Vinci and Nordia Mothersille — has been on the ground in recent days distributing care packages across severely impacted communities in Westmoreland, St. James, and St. Elizabeth. Partnering with Lion Pride Jamaica and several corporate sponsors, the team delivered supplies ranging from food items to toiletries, ensuring immediate relief reached those most in need. Their Instagram updates captured the mission in motion, with the team writing: “United for a cause… every bit counts, and together we can make a difference!”

Hurricane Melissa left close to 90,000 families reeling, with ODPEM confirming catastrophic losses, including more than 120,000 buildings experiencing severe roof damage. Despite progress in reopening blocked communities, recovery remains a long road — making initiatives like Team Notnice’s relief drive even more vital. For the group, the mission underscores a growing trend among Jamaican entertainers who are transforming their platforms into engines of real-world impact.

With the country pushing forward in rebuilding mode, Jah Vinci’s “Out Of Many One People” stands as both a tribute and a rallying cry — reminding Jamaicans that unity remains their greatest resource.
