Two of the top strikers in the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League, Jalmaro Calvin of Champions Cavalier and Shaneil Thomas of Montego Bay United have been included in Jamaica’s football squad for the 2-match friendly against Trinidad and Tobago.
The games are set for Catherine Hall on February 6 and Anthony Spaulding Complex on February 9.
Coach of the Reggae Boyz, Steve McClaren, says he hopes to unearth new talents to be regular fixtures in the senior team ahead of the resumption of the World Cup qualifying campaign.
Calvin is the leading goalscorer in the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League with 11-goals.
However, despite being born in Jamaica, Calvin represented Antigua and Barbuda at the youth level.
