James Bus Line Drivers Complete Defensive Driving Training

Drivers employed by the James Bus Line successfully completed a defensive driving training programme designed to enhance road safety, passenger protection, and professional standards within the public transportation sector. The training focused on practical, real-world techniques including hazard perception, risk anticipation, sound decision-making, and maintaining professionalism under difficult driving conditions. Organizers say the sessions were tailored to reflect the daily operational realities bus operators face on Belize’s highways and within busy town and city routes.  Participants took part in interactive discussions and practical exercises that encouraged drivers to evaluate their own driving habits and adopt preventative, life-saving practices behind the wheel.
