Jamaica college’s Ashenheim Stadium will host the first two meets of the local track and field calendar for 2025.
These are the “On Di Run/JC Sprint Fest” tomorrow and the “Purewater/JC/ R Danny Williams Meet” on Saturday.
Four hundred junior and senior athletes – 196-males and 204-females have been registered for the three hours Sprint Fest which is set to start at 2 pm.
The meet will feature only 200-metres.
Coach of Wolmer’s Girls’ track team, Michael Carr, says he’ll be using the meets to know where his athletes are in their preparation in early January.
