JGA Names Strong Team for Caribbean Amateur Championships

The Jamaica Golf Association has named a strong nine member team to compete at the Caribbean Amateur Championships in Barbados July 2 to 4.

The six member male continent is led by the youngest player in the squad, 18-year-old Ryan Lue who was recently crowned national amateur champion.

Zandre Roye, Aman Dhiman, Camden Purboo, Trey Williams and Oshae Haye are the others with Sean Morris the reserve.

The three females selected for the team Mattea Issa, Emily Mayne and Kingston Burke have all played at the senior level for Jamaica and should be a major force to be reckoned with.
