The JLP’s Corey Dunkley says residents of Western St. Andrew are demanding change after decades of poor representation under the PNP.
Dunkley, a 31-year-old attorney-at-law, believes he can unseat Anthony Hylton.
Hylton has been unbeaten in the PNP stronghold of Western St. Andrew since 2007.
In the 2020, he defeated the JLP’s Dorlan Francis by more than 1,500 votes.
Still, Dunkley remains confident about his chances heading into the September 3 polls.
