JLP Lectures Golding Over Use of ‘Exoneration’ Following Garvey Pardon

People’s National Party, PNP, president, Mark Golding, says he views the presidential pardon of Marcus Garvey as an exoneration.

Meanwhile, the Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, has issued a statement, chiding Mark Golding for what they say is his mischaracterisation of the pardoning of Marcus Garvey as an exoneration.

The JLP spokesman on the issue is the Member of Parliament, MP, for Central Kingston, Donovan Williams.
