The Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, says it will cut mortgage rates for civil servants based on their years of service.
The JLP leader, Dr. Andrew Holness says the programme will be called one in five and two in 10.
The Prime Minister also reminded the country of the move, under the Housing Agency of Jamaica, to write off debts of up to $150,000 dollars to allow persons to claim their land titles.

He was speaking at a mass rally in Montego Bay, St James where the party revealed their 2025 election manifesto on Sunday.
And Finance Minister, Fayval Williams highlighted another pledge in the JLP manifesto that will help to remove the obstacles confronting small entrepreneurs seeking to access equity financing.
Meanwhile the Health Minister, Dr. Chris Tufton says the next JLP administration intends to beef up the presence of doctors at all health centres across the island.
