JLP Campaign Chairman, Dr. Christopher Tufton says there’s a real difference between how both the JLP and PNP tackle the issue of violent crime.

According to Dr. Tufton, the PNP preoccupies itself with making grandiose statements about fighting crime while the JLP is the party that can show tangible results from its efforts to tame the crime monster.

He made the comment while reacting to claims from the Opposition Spokesman on National Security, Peter Bunting that the Holness administration is guilty of promoting a warrior mentality among members of the security forces.

He says Peter Bunting’s main problem is that the PNP’s record on fighting crime is so abysmal.
