JLP Says Manifesto is Ready

Chairman of the JLP’s election campaign committee, Dr. Christopher Tufton, says the JLP’s 2025 election manifesto is ready.

He says the party is awaiting the appropriate time to unveil it.

The PNP is set to release its own manifesto Tuesday evening.

But Dr. Tufton says what the Opposition party has put forward so far lacks substance.

Meanwhile, Dr. Tufton says the JLP is leaving no stone unturned in its bid for a third straight term in office.

The country will vote in the 19th general election since universal adult suffrage in 1944 on Wednesday, September 3.

Nomination Day is Monday, August 18.

Dr. Tufton says the election date was carefully chosen.
