JMMB Group Ltd has announced a reorganisation of its board of directors.

According to a media release by the TT Stock Exchange, director Andrew Cocking, High Wayne Powell, V Andrew Whyte, Dr M Anne Crick and Reece Kong have all resigned from the JMMB Group Ltd's board.

There were also two resignations from the board of JMMB Financial Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of JMMB Group Ltd. Audrey Deer Williams and Audrey Welds have left their positions. All resignations are effective December 31, 2025.

In the media release, JMMB Group said in accordance with Section A (1) (a) of the Banking Services Act 2014, the Bank of Jamaica has granted approval for JMMB Financial Holdings Ltd to operate as a financial holding company.

It said to uphold the principles of good governance, the board of directors of both JMMB Group Ltd and JMMB Financial Holdings Ltd have undergone a reorganisation.

It said the restructuring aims to ensure the independence of each board, thereby strengthening oversight and accountability within the Group.

The Group thanked the directors for their contributions.
