JN Bank says it has taken steps to drive home ownership through the reintroduction of its ‘Billion Dollar Club Promotion’.
The programme targets licensed real estate professionals, registered developers and salespersons who refer clients to the bank.
The incentive programme includes commission payments.

Under the programme, any of the targeted professionals who refer a proposed mortgagor to JN Bank which results in an approved mortgage and the subsequent disbursement of funds, will be eligible to receive rewards.
The banks says the variety of prizes reaffirms its belief in the power of collaboration.
