Khadija Shaw shortlisted for Ballon d’Or award

LONDON, England (CMC): Jamaican star forward Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw has been shortlisted for the prestigious women’s Ballon d’Or award following another outstanding season in the Women’s Super League (WSL). The 29-year-old Manchester City striker is among 30 nominees for the award, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on October 26.
