Kiprich freed!

Dancehall artiste Kiprich is now a free man after the prosecution withdrew the criminal case against him in the St Catherine Parish Court earlier today.

In a Music News interview following the proceedings, an elated Kiprich, said he was pleased with the outcome.

The charges stem from an incident in February, where the Telephone Ting singer was alleged to have recorded a dubplate for a promoter, endorsing gang violence and the One Order Gang.   He was subsequently charged and granted station bail. Throughout, the proceedings, Kiprich maintained his innocence. He was represented by Attorney-at-law Patrick Peterkin.
