Kishane Thompson’s World Lead a Sign of His Maturity – Bailey

Former Olympic 100m champion and world record holder, Donovan Bailey, says he’s was not surprised by Kishane Thompson’s world leading and personal best 9.75 seconds to win the men’s 100-metres final at the recent National Championships.

The time also elevates Thompson to sixth on the world all-time list.

Speaking on Donovan Running Things, Bailey, says Thompson’s performance shows that he’s now a mature sprinter.

Bailey says Thompson’s performance at the championships is how he should have run at the Olympics.

Bailey says the trials also proves that Jamaica’s male sprinting is not dead.
