Labour Ministry Mourns Staff Member John Tesecum After Fatal Road Accident

In the second incident, the Ministry of Immigration, Governance and Labour has expressed condolences to the family of John Tesecum, one of its team members.  The Labour Department has confirmed the passing of staff member John Tesecum, describing him as a valued and dedicated member of the ministry’s team.  In an official notice, the department expressed deep condolences to Tesecum’s family and friends, noting that his service to the ministry was greatly appreciated. The statement further remembered him as a kind and hardworking colleague whose contributions will not be forgotten.  In this morning’s press brief, ACP Hilberto Romero disclosed some details on the fatal road incident that claimed Tesecum’s life.

ACP Hilberto Romero, Head, National Crimes Investigation Branch: “On Friday police responded to a fatal road traffic accident in the Orange Walk district. Upon their arrival they saw a Nissan Rogue overturned in a drain. Inside the vehicle was a male person, he was identified as John Tesecum. He was taken for medical treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. Information is that Tesecum was driving the vehicle on a curve when he attempted to overtake a vehicle he lost control and he crashed into the drain. This matter is under investigation.”

Funeral arrangements for John Tesecum have not yet been publicly announced.
