Lawrence Rowe Reports Death Threats

Former People National Party, PNP, caretaker for Central Kingston, Lawrence Rowe, says he has been made aware of death threats on his life.

Earlier this week, Rowe alleged that he was attacked by supporters of current PNP caretaker, Steve McGregor, in Central Kingston.

Rowe was replaced by McGregor back in January.

Rowe told our news centre that the incident happened after he attempted to record a video of McGregor’s supporters as they engaged in what he claims was an act of vandalism.

Rowe says he was forced to arm himself with a knife when, hours after the original dispute had been settled, a man he claims is a supporter of McGregor attacked him and grabbed his shirt.
