Leeward Island beat Jamaica’s women by eight wickets in rain delayed West Indies T20 Blaze match against at Arnos Vale.

The rain delay forced the match to be reduced to a five over a piece affair.

In their five overs Jamaica reached 48 for 2.

Set a revised target of 51 for victory, the Leewards raced to 52 for 2 with a ball to spare. Qiana Joseph led the charge, scoring 43.
